Spacing in Pecan Orchards

Pecans require a large amount of space in order to grow and bear regular crops of high quality pecans.

Minimum Distances

In west Texas, 30 x 30-feet spacing is the minimum. In central, south and east Texas, 35 X 35-feet spacing is the minimum.
